This training program on First aid and CPR signifies the first and immediate assistance given to any person suffering from a serious illness or injury, with care provided to preserve life, prevent the condition from worsening and to promote recovery. Participants will also be trained on the effective use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED)

AHA CPR AED and First- Aid Provider

This course is certified by the American Heart Association. It is a video-based, instructor-led course that provides participants with skills to respond to an emergency in the first few minutes until medical services arrive. Participants learn first aid actions for medical emergencies, including severe choking, heart attack, stroke; and skills for handling injuries

Basic Fire Fighting - Theory + Practicals

The purpose of Basic firefighting training is to give participants skills, knowledge and expertise that will enable them to identify the conditions capable of causing fire, know how to use a fire extinguisher, respond appropriately to fire emergencies and follow the fire evacuation plan, adequately implement fire emergency procedures.
