This course covers all elements of Electrical Safety Level 1. In addition to the above, it further focuses on how to conduct an electrical inspection, safety talks etc. Topics covered in this course include:

  • Shop floor Assessments (Practical)

  • Duration : Level 1 + 3 hours

Advanced Electrical Safety
(Advanced)

This course covers an advanced level of electrical safety with technical content that involves:
 

  • Conducting Electrical Internal Assessments

  • Electrical safety of 2 specific areas of the premises (customised)

  • Types of Safety Switchgears along with working principles

  • Electrical PPEs

  • Basics of Synchronisation Function

  • Basic knowledge of IR (Insulation Resistance) Test and Thermography

  • Shop floor Assessment (Practical)

  1. Require details of two areas that client needs to be covered during training

  2. Shutdown of electrical equipment of two areas

Lock Out Tag Out
(Advanced)

This course covers all the elements of the Basic Lock Out Tag Out workshop, and additionally focuses on the development of LOTO procedure, LOTO form. This will be done for any one machine as requested by the Client. The course also includes practical application on that machine or equipment (with not more than 4 energy sources). Topics covered include:

 

  • Development of LOTO procedure and  LOTO form

  • Identification of Locks and Tags for one machine (Customised)

  • Practical session by applying LOTO procedure on the machine
